Privacy Policy
HoopCraft (“we”, “us”) is an educational basketball playbook app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account information — email address and optional display name when you create an account (via Supabase Auth).
- Learning progress — play views, quiz answers/attempts, and mastery scores synced to your account.
- Local device data — offline progress and diagram preferences stored on your device.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers in the app.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep you signed in
- Sync and restore your learning progress across devices
- Operate, secure, and improve HoopCraft
Service providers
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Vercel — API hosting
- Expo / Apple / Google — app distribution infrastructure
Data retention
Account and synced progress data are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your auth user and associated progress/quiz records from our database (subject to short-lived backups).
Your choices
- Use HoopCraft without an account (offline/local progress only)
- Sign out at any time in Account
- Delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or follow account deletion instructions
Children
HoopCraft is a general-audience educational app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided account data, contact us and we will delete it.
