Account deletion
In the app (recommended)
- Open HoopCraft and go to Account
- Sign in if needed
- Tap Delete account and confirm
This permanently deletes your account, synced mastery/progress, and quiz history. Local offline progress on the device is cleared as part of deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email jrbruestle@gmail.com from the address on your HoopCraft account and ask us to delete it. Include your account email. We will process requests within 30 days.
